Preconstruction Services
We are able to help our customers and their architects evaluate their projects and make mission-critical decisions before construction begins. On smaller projects we can help you with design, as well. Unique Properties will assist with planning for construction sequencing, project scheduling, material procurement, estimating, and budget management.

Construction Services
We are known for clear and open communication between our management and project team. This involves regular construction meetings with the tenant, architect, construction manager, property manager and key subcontractors. Our project management processes ensure that equipment, material and fixtures are approved prior to procurement and delivered in time to meet the schedule. We manage all the municipal inspections necessary to complete our projects on time for our customers to move in according to their plans.

Sustainable
Where possible, we will recommend sustainable building materials and practices. We offer energy saving alternatives, recycled products and sourcing materials locally to conserve valuable resources and money.

Permitting
We will, at your direction, meet with the City and submit and pick up permits for you, and help assemble the documents necessary to attain a permit.
